Main Purpose: Update members on robot, Robot Q & A, do a core values activity, Core Values Q & A
Robot:
- Everyone was updated by our robot specialists in detail, about building, programming, and strategy, including the following topics:
o Building Process
o Differences Between Versions of Robots
o Attachments and Functions
o Order and Content of Runs (as well as why)
o Programming Method
o PID Controller
- The robot specialists and one of our coaches conducted a Q & A session with the whole team, to see how well the material was understood:
o The team did relatively well, given the fact that the robot specialists were not allowed to answer questions
o Most of the concepts were grasped by the members, and we further clarified concepts that did not seem to be understood

Core Values:
- Core values specialist held a core values activity:
o The activity involved everyone coming into a circle, and holding two other members’ hands
o Everyone would then try to untangle the mess of arms and get into a normal circle.
o The team was able to complete the task in 3-4 minutes, a relatively good time
- A discussion was held about the activity and how it applied to the FLL core values, as well as what we could learn from the activity
- A Q & A session was also held, in which we discussed how our team was able to implement the core values all throughout our season.
o The team also did well on this, expressing a great deal of examples pertaining to the core values
