Core Values Schedule
August (Prep):
Monthly Goals: Finish a draft/outline of the CV presentation, 2 CV activity and team eval
W1 (5-11)
W2 (12-18)
W3 (19-25): Start on the draft of the CV presentation. (assignments based on certain criteria for a brief, but informational presentation that shows application of our CV within our team) Complete one core value activity during meeting with apprentices included.
W4 (26-9/1): Finish draft of CV presentation by the end of the week. Complete second core value activity with a team evaluation.
September (Start):
Monthly Goals: Finish board outline, start binder and handout layout (plans), 2 CV activity, and team eval
W5 (2-8): Begin board plans on the beginning of the week
W6 (9-15): Core value activity, continue work on board plans
W7 (16-22): Discuss handout and binder content and layout
W8 (23-29): Edit presentation, finalize changes to board plans, CVA and team eval
October (Cramming):
Monthly Goals: Manifest plans for physical construction, create handout, finish presentation, 1 CV activity, 1 trip, and team eval
W9 (9/30-6): Make a list of necessary items for constructions of board, start gathering them
W10 (7-13): Make sure to have all printable items printed by this point and necessary tools gathered, CVA
W11 (14-20): As boards come in, work on edits to board, and assembly. If possible, leave room available
W12 (21-27): Continue working on board and editing of the presentation
W13 (28-11/3) FINAL WEEK: Finalize presentation, take a trip, and do a team eval
November (Edit and Finalize):
Monthly Goal: Practice presentation and finalize, 2 CV activity and team eval
W14 (4-10): Practice presentation w/o board, then w/ board (1 CVA)
W15 (11-17): Discuss Q/A as well as CVA2 and team evaluation regarding whole length of season
W16 (18-Q): Prepare for competition with periodic practices, make final edits to board and paraphernalia as necessary
